Concrete Repair & Restoration
Targeted repair of cracks, spalls and damaged slabs, walls, steps and docks.
- Crack, spall, patching, resurfacing; slab, wall and step repair
- Warehouse / garage floor and loading dock repair
- Localized replacement; saw cutting, core drilling and selective demolition as part of repair
- Localized repair and rehabilitation of concrete infrastructure elements, including barriers, curbs, walls and related structures, where supported by actual project experience
Joint Sealing & Sealant Replacement
New joint work and full resealing: removal, reservoir cleaning, backer rod and finished seal.
- Expansion, control and construction joint sealing; new joint work in project scope

- Joint cleaning and preparation, including sealant removal, reservoir preparation and backer rod installation

Sealant systems are selected and installed in accordance with project drawings, specifications and manufacturer requirements.
